Dining with kids at Disney Springs

Disney Springs, formerly Downtown Disney, offers several options for dining with kids. Here’s a dining itinerary for the perfect outing with your children:

  1. T-Rex: This is not just a restaurant. It is an experience. The experience begins outside with the life-sized skeletons of a Brontosaurus and Tyrannasaurus Rex. Inside the dino theming continues with life-sized animatronic dinosaurs that some to life every fifteen minutes. The restaurant also has a kids play area where your child can dig for fossilized dinosaur bones or pan for gemstones.
  2. Goofy’s Candy Company: After dinner why not head over to this cute little shop for dessert. The shop is filled with scrumptious Disney-themed treats from apples dipped and decorated in a variety of ways to Mickey Mouse ear Rice Krispy treats. A great variety of cupcakes and fudge is also available.
  3. Starbucks: After a long evening at Disney Springs you can cap off your night with a chai latte at Starbucks. Here your little one can also draw on the interactive video screen which includes a live feed from the Starbucks in Disneyland out in California.
